funds remain your property; we hold them in segregated wallets. Gameplay is subject to our house rules, published in the lobby. Disputes are escalated through our support team before external review.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Every transaction cost is shown before you confirm. Deposit and withdrawal fees for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are posted in your wallet settings — no hidden charges added after.
Your deposits are held separately from our operating accounts. Bank statements and fund flows are audited quarterly to ensure your balance matches our ledger at all times.
We commit to processing your withdrawal request within 24 hours for all supported payment methods. QRIS transfers typically settle in 5–15 minutes once we initiate the payout.

Each payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) has its own provider terms. These Terms define susubet's obligations; provider terms define their role in the transaction flow.
Disputes over transactions are handled per these Terms. Complaints about service quality go to our support escalation team and may trigger a separate investigation process.
